Сhernyakhovsk
Сhernyakhovsk - formerly known as Insterburg until 1946, is a town and the administrative center of Chernyakhovsky District in Kaliningrad Oblast, Russia. It is located at the confluence of the Instruch River and Angrapa River, forming the Pregolya River flows through Kaliningrad into the Vistula Lagoon. Chernyakhovsk has a population of 40,449 (2010).
